Holiday home with sun terrace facing south, close to the beach, washing machine, private parking, close to supermarket and restaurants. Through the sliding doors, the pleasant daylight enters the open living room. There is a washing machine, folding baby bed and high chair. You can walk to the bathing beach within a minute and the supermarket, bakery, butcher and restaurants are also close by. The hall at the front door gives access to the living room, bathroom and stairs to the upper floor. The living room with open kitchen is wonderfully light through the large windows. The large dining table offers space for 4 people. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, fridge freezer, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine. The sitting area with sofa, two armchairs and television is located next to the sliding door, which gives access to the terrace. This sheltered terrace faces south and therefore offers a lot of sun. A garden table with adjustable chairs is waiting for you here. The bathroom is on the ground floor and equipped with a toilet, sink with base cabinet, mirror, bath and a separate shower. The washing machine is also in the bathroom. On the upper floor are two bedrooms and a second toilet. In the first bedroom there are two single beds (90 x 200) that are placed together as a double bed. The second bedroom has two separate single beds (90 x 200). Both bedrooms have bedside tables and a wardrobe with hanging and shelf space. There are also blackout curtains on the windows. A folding cot and high chair are provided. There are two fixed cupboards on the ground floor: in the hall there is a cupboard with a central heating boiler where you can store things, and in the living room there is a cupboard under the stairs. Bicycles can be secured with a lock to a ring on the terrace at the front door or on the sheltered terrace at the back of the house. One parking space belongs to the house. You can park any other cars in the street. Pets are allowed: a maximum of two animals are allowed.
