Guests will have to access their home and all the residential complex's amenities:

Other things to note
Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports and a £150 refundable security deposit prior to the check-in date. However, if the guest has a high number of positive reviews, the security deposit may be waived at the host's discretion.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. £25 per hour for late check-out, subject to availability.

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

Our properties include a ring camera doorbell at the entrance of the property which is active 24/7. This is pointing external to the apartment and is there for the security of our guests. Any deliberate attempt to block the camera for any reason will incur the loss of the security deposit.

Please return the keys in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost keys will be charged at a rate of £150 per key.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of £1000 for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
