Near the port and its pedestrian streets you can go for a walk and enjoy the most beautiful market in France. The apartment has a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a large living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with Italian shower and a sofa bed for 2 people. Television, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine (pods). You will also benefit from a parking space in the residence (common parking), the residence is secured by an electric barrier. You will benefit from hotel services with the reception on arrival, the beds made on arrival and the cleaning on departure. Two deposits must be paid on arrival: one of 100€ for the beep of the electric barrier and a second of 900€ for the apartment (which will not be cashed unless damage is noted on departure).

Logement bien à conditions...

Après plusieurs jours d'angoisses et une interminable attente devant le logement faute de contact et dinfos de la propriétaire l'agence sur place, s'inquiétant de ne pas avoir de nos nouvelles nous a appelé très embêté de la situation. La propriétaire avait juste oublié de répondre à mes mels et messages. Un début des plus chaotique et stressant. La suite s'est déroulé beaucoup plus agréablement grâce à l'agence varatuwa Bruno et son épouse, que nous remercions sincèrement. L'appartement quant à lui est très bien situé avec une belle vue une déco sympa mais très minimaliste surtout les rangements pas très pratiques et une literie à mémoire de formes qui a du retenir celle de tous les voyageurs précédents... Des soucis avec le store en panne et la baie vitrée qui ne fermait pas on finalise notre avis sur une note moyenne. Dommage le potentiel est là et il ne suffit pas de mettre une jolie déco pour rendre un endroit confortable et agréable. Avec quelques réglages cet endroit est parfait.
