Kitsham Holidays offer two stunning properties which are delightfully set in a ideal location on the edge of our 200 acre family farm and near the North Cornwall Coast.
The cottages have been extensively renovated with the highest standards of furnishings and fittings, combining quality and style with comfort and luxury.
This stunning house featuring reverse style living with kitchen / living area upstairs taking advantage of the huge vaulted ceilings and far reaching views over the local countryside.
The Hayloft has been designed with great attention to detail with oak flooring and granite worktops in the kitchen and large en-suite bathrooms with double sized wet rooms. Stay with us in the cooler months and there is a wood burner which makes a great focal point to cosy up to. Outside is a private and secure landscaped garden with patio and lawned area.
The Hayloft is situated in a peaceful location with countryside all around but only five mins drive to the pretty little village of Marhamchurch with its traditional pub The Bullers Arms and fantastic restaurant 'THE WEIR' overlooking the canal and wildlife centre. Great for everybody as it has a fabulous outdoor children's play area and romantic walks around the canal. The menu is also truly delicious with a wide range of homemade dishes. The whole family can park and cycle along the canal and back again all on the flat!
The Coastal town of Bude is nearby and offers a wide range of activities with its many sandy beaches, historic castle, canals, cycling, walking, boat trips, leisure centre with heated swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, surfing and a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. There is also a range of golf courses locally. You can look on our website to book surfing lessons.
GROUND FLOOR: Large entrance hall with natural stoned flooring and bespoke arched double doors leading up to the oak and glass stairs. There are two large well appointed bedrooms Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has king sized bed, Lcd tv and patio doors which open out to sun terrace and seating area. Second bedroom has king sized and single bed with Lcd Tv and en-suite bathroom. Utility room with washing machine and separate dryer, sink, ironing board and iron. Back door leading out to garden and rotary washing line.
FIRST FLOOR: Open planned stunning living/ dining / kitchen area with glass bi-fold doors that open fully out onto the balcony and terrace area. The modern and contemporary kitchen is superbly equipped for all your catering needs and includes a light and spacious style dining area. This room has a 42" flat screen tv, dvd. Leather sofas and a wood burner with free logs.
The third bedroom also has a king sized bed, Tv and is situated next to family size bathroom with deep bath and separate shower and heated towel rail. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with Clarke and Clarke fabrics and matching soft furnishings. All duvets and pillows are duck and down feathers with white Egyptian linens. Every bedroom has a 22" digital tv, hairdryers, bed linen and towels are provided.
OUTSIDE: Fenced large and secure garden with landscaped flower beds, teak patio furniture, BBQ, loungers and alarge store shed with out door toys and plenty of room for bikes, surf boards and golf clubs.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT: If your a foodie like me there is some truly amazing restaurants nearby all worth visiting. 'Lifes a Beach', Elements, The deck, The Bay View, La Bocca, River Life Bistro. We also have some fantastic farm shops which stock great quality produce and delicious home made treats. From home reared award winning beef, lamb and pigs, to home made pies and cakes, you can find them all close by.

We also know what its like to be a parent on holiday so we can help you with providing some of the essentials : cot, high chair, booster seat, stair gate, hand blender, plastic bowls, cutlery, Mclaren buggy, large toy box, books, children's dvd's and some outdoor toys for the younger members of the family...... leaving you extra space in your car!
DOGS
Dogs Love Cornwall. 'For dogs the area is a dream come true. A mixture of woodland and water, there is lots of space to run around if they are happy we are happy!
At Kitsham holidays we understand that your dog is part of the family who simply cant be left behind when you go away.
We believe that luxury holiday accommodation can still be dog-friendly, in all our cottages we have something to suit all tastes.
The local area has beaches that are dog friendly all year round, most of the pubs and restaurants welcome your four legged friends, and there are some amazing coastal walks on the doorstep.
We can also provide dog bowl, towels and large dog crate.

BUDE
Visit Bude on the north of Cornwall for a holiday that has something for everyone - from romantic retreats for couples, action filled family holidays, or a haven for the nature or geology enthusiast. There is also access to the South West Coast Path, which offers some excellent walking routes, whether you enjoy a short stroll to a stunning picnic spot or prefer a more challenging hike.
