Porcellana Double - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2
Comfortable apartment, can accommodate up to two guests. The apartment has:
- one bedroom, with double bed, equipped with spacious wardrobe
- living area with dining corner and kitchenette, equipped with stove, refrigerator, oven, utensils and dishes
- bathroom with shower.
Washing machine available to guests, wifi connection available throughout the accommodation. Strategic location, close to the main tourist attractions and main city services. The apartment is located on the third floor of a typical Florentine building (60 steps), has no elevator, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
