Un désastre : à éviter car votre réservation n’aboutira pas
L’hôte ne répondait pas à mes messages sur Abritel. Une fois de temps en temps, une réponse laconique sur WhatsApp. Il ne m’a pas donné le numéro de rue de son adresse. J’ai obtenu grâce au service client d’Abritel le numéro de rue. Une fois devant l’hébergement : personne. J’étais au bon endroit parce les photos correspondaient à la réalité que j’arrivais à observer. Il m’envoie un message sur WhatsApp pour me dire que l’homme de ménage (suite à ma demande) est parti faire des doubles de clefs et qu’il n’arrive pas à me joindre. 5 min après, sans m’envoyer de message, rien. Il annule ma réservation par l’application. Inadmissible !
