The Villa Denise has been completely renovated into a contemporary, beautiful character home sleeping up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms (300 m²):
- The living area is composed of a spacious and comfortable living room with large windows overlooking the garden and the lake, a modern kitchen with island, and a cosy dining room. Toilet.
- The sleeping area features 3 double bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a master bedroom with double bed, in-room tub, and an ensuite bathroom with toilet.
The villa disposes of a centralized climate control system (floor cooling and heating) providing you with a comfortable temperature throughout the property.

From the terrace and garden, you can enjoy the wonderful panorama views over Lake Como. There’s an infinity pool, heated to a pleasant temperature, bordered by sun loungers. A brand-new gym room has been added in the garden with large windows overlooking the lake. Or what about a game of pétanque? Families and kids will love their stay in this delightful villa!

Villa Denise is located very peacefully on a hill flank at the end of a dead end street, ensuring privacy and tranquility. The village center of Civenna is less than 1 km away where you can find a local grocery store and bar. Bellagio, known as the pearl of Lake Como, is a short 15 minutes’ drive (8 km). Bellagio is a small picturesque village with a lovely lakeside promenade and many cafes, restaurants and craft shops. Ideally situated in the center of the lake, it is the perfect base for exploring the area easily by ferry towards Varenna, Menaggio and all other beautiful and magical parts of Lake Como!

RENTAL CONDITIONS - VILLA DENISE:
Included:
Water, gas, electricity, climate control system (floor cooling and heating), cleaning (once per week), bed linen and towels (change mid-week), smart TV, wireless internet, dishwasher, baby bed and high chair, gym, garden, barbecue, heated swimming pool (15 x 4 m; depth from 1 m to 1,4 m), parking

Extra to be paid:
- Security deposit by bank transfer directly to the owner (refundable): 2000 euro
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

Arrival and departure:
Minimum stay 4 nights.

Note:
- Swimming pool open and heated approximately from May to end September; contact us for the exact dates before booking. Extra charge outside of this period upon prior approval.
- Domestic animals not allowed.
- Parties or events not allowed.
