Our luxury home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a private entry level dressing room. The master bedroom has its own TV and views to the swimming pool. The other 2 bedrooms have shared bathroom with bath and shower. The second largest bedroom has also its own led TV. The living area consists of a family sitting room and dining room with double doors to the swimming pool. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table. The swimming pool is completely protected and is equipped with table and chairs. Villa is located on a dead end on a lake in a residential area, what stays for tranquility and little or no traffic. Large 2 car garage. Washing machine and dryer in the garage. Free telephone for national calls, free Wi-Fi and cable TV with over 200 channels.
The swimming pool and terrace are South faced what means a warranty on sun from dawn to dusk.
You are only 15 minutes from the theme parks including Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios, etc. ..
Shops are within walking distance.

Everything was great! The pool not being heated like it said was the only part that wasn't great. The owner responded right away and its understandable that the hurricane caused some issues. They had a plan to fix but just not in the time we were there.

Perfect

Everything was perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet and the outdoor courtyard is very intimate. The house is close to all attractions and restaurants (less than 15 minutes). The hosts are very kind and always available. Thank you and definitely see you next year.

Perfect everything!

This property is perfect for anyone wanting to go to Disney, Universal, or any other fun adventure! This home is great to come home after a long day and you can cool off in the pool! There are lots of amenities near you. The neighborhood is very friendly, safe, and quiet! You need to book this place asap!

Everything was lovely, easy to find, and great for are visit to Cape Canaveral and Disney. Would recommend 2 keys for guests and have cleaning staff dust ceiling fans. Would like to thank the owners was very comfortable and roomy with all the ammenities of home

Great place.

The property worked great for our week stay in Florida. It was in a great central location and close to Disney. We enjoyed not having to go out to eat and having a private pool.

Beautiful property and area

Beautiful place to stay, and the area was pleasant! There was also a beautiful lake/pond steps from the house where we were able to feed the ducks! Would definitely stay here again.

Fijne locatie zonnige tuin

Leuke woonwijk , erg rustig , zonnige tuin . De eerste indruk is dat de woning wat gedateerd is , overal liggen kleedjes met allemaal verschillende motieven , ik werd er onrustig van, kleedjes voor het beschadigen van de meubels is prima maar houd het neutraal . Dit geld ook voor de handdoeken en het beddengoed , het oogt allemaal net wat strakker als alles mooi op elkaar afgestemd is. Het dressoir op de tweede slaapkamer is te groot en grotendeels onbruikbaar omdat de lades niet open kunnen het maakt de kamer klein. De keuken heeft alle benodigde apparatuur , de keukenkastjes zitten overvol met van alles en nog wat , dit zou wat mij betreft minder kunnen , gewoon basis servies voor 6 personen is meer dan genoeg . Management team is goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam . Let op uitchecken is 10 volgens de site maar bij mijn reservering bevestiging staat 11 uur . . .

Leuke vakantie woning voor een gezin

De woning voor 3 weken gehuurd. Deze wordt goed onderhouden, al zijn de meubels wat ouder. De matrassen zouden wel vervangen mogen worden. In het huis is alles aanwezig van afwasmachine, wasmachine, tot handdoeken en genoeg servies. Het huis is echt ideaal voor een gezin. Wij zaten er met 5 personen. Waarvan 2 kinderen en 3 volwassenen. Zwembad is fijn met zit en ligstoelen en een parasol erbij. De bodem loopt schuin af in het water waardoor kinderen vanaf 1meter 15 ook nog een stuk in het ondiepe kunnen staan. Op de tuindeur zit ook een alarm voor het zwembad. Wel zo veilig voor met kinderen. Walmart is 5 minuten rijden en aan die weg (192) liggen nog meer winkels en veel restaurants. Genoeg in de buurt.

This was a lovely villa to stay in , a real home from home. It was clean and tidy and light and airy. Great location in a very peaceful road and close to all amenities and theme parks. Pool area was great too. And the front porch being enclosed was an added bonus just a shame that next door property's air conditioning unit was so noisy The management company were easy to deal with and very prompt understanding and polite. As was the pool man !! We all had an amazing time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to family or friends visiting the Kissimmee area. We certainly would go back Thank you for making the whole booking process so easy and for answering all of our little silly questions It really was a pleasure to stay in your villa An amazing holiday all round 😊

Gezellig en perfecte ligging

Leuk verblijf gehad. Heerlijk zwembad waarin we vele uren hebben doorgebracht. Volop zon en privacy. Rustige buurt, maar toch vlakbij alle attracties en shopping. Inrichting was handig, niet te groot niet te klein. Alles was aanwezig om van een topverblijf te spreken.

Een fijne, schone villa dichtbij al het moois wat Florida te bieden heeft

Wij waren erg blij dat we deze villa geboekt hebben. Het ligt op een erg rustig plekje, waar we erg genoten hebben van de rust om ons heen, zeker terwijl de villa midden in een woonwijk ligt. Bovendien heb je echt alle gemakken vlakbij in de buurt. Wallmart praktisch 'om de hoek' maar ook de 192 met alle restaurants. Bij Disney of de Outlets zat je zo, soms zelfs binnen 20 of 30 minuten. We hebben genoten van het 'rustplekje' met een heerlijk zwembad om af te koelen of lekker een hoek te lezen. Het huis is verder schoon en goed bijgehouden. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij zouden dit zeker aanraden en nog een keer terugkomen!

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren eine Woche im Haus von Geert und Anne-Marie und waren begeistert! Wie es in der Beschreibung stand, war alles zum Kochen und Leben vorhanden. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, die Nachbarschaft eine schöne ruhige Gegend. Am Pool war den ganzen Tag Sonne. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten!

Nice house it is.

Nice house on a good location near all the parks. Just around the corner there is a super Walmart for your daily groceries. The vila has a nice pool. All what you need is there. The location is very quiet. Would return here without a doubt.

Hervorragend!

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in Kissimmee und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Ort liegt verkehrsgünstig, man ist sehr schnell bei allen Attraktionen in Orlando (Disney, Universal, pp), aber man ist dann wiederum auch wieder weit genug weg, um nicht 24/7 von Mäusen und Enten umgeben zu sein. Je nach Reisezeit gibt es so viele andere Veranstaltungen, die man besuchen kann oder besser: sollte! Da wären zum Beispiel die MonsterJam-Show in Orlando. Meinen Mann zieht es jedes Mal zu diesem Monstertruck-Spektakel. Oder die Mecum-Autoauktion direkt in Kissimmee. Oder man fährt mal eben (ca. 2h) nach Cape Canaveral und sieht sich einen Raketenstart vom Cocoa Beach aus an. Oder, oder, oder.... Das Haus liegt in absolut ruhiger Sackgassenlage und dennoch ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten an der Hauptverkehrsstraße und auch an einem der vielen Supermärkte (Walmart Supercenter). Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein schöner Poolbereich ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und bietet den ganzen (!) Tag Sonne. Ansonsten findet man alles, was man braucht: geräumige Garage, Küchenausstattung, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Föhn.... Alles da, genau so wie beschrieben.

Nice location for holidays !

We spent 10 days in the villa of Anne-Marie and Geert, and it was really great ! Everything was ok, full equiped and spacious ! And a very nice pool, which was welcome during this hot floridian climate ! The neighbourhood is quiet, and we were very close to the major roads for the parks or the different interesting destinations of the area ! Furthermore, it is very useful to have a big Walmart at only 2 minutes by car ! Thanks again, Anne-Marie and Geert, it was a real pleasure to stay in your house ! :-)
