Reserve this apartment located on the ground floor with a large terrace and with all services nearby: cafeterias, supermarkets, restaurants,... perfect for children as there is a playground next door.
This beautiful accommodation is furnished and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, dining room-living room, open kitchen and a small storage room where the washing machine is located. The communal area is ideal as it is extended and has a salt water pool.
The apartment is equipped to meet all your needs, its location makes it an ideal destination for your vacation.

People on the property:
· The house is rented complete for the exclusive use of the guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property data, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the reservation and there can be no more people staying / visiting the property at the same time.

Check in:
· The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

Late arrival option from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: Price €50 per reservation (payment on arrival)
Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival)
· Option outside check-in hours with a safety box in the office at no cost.

·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made.

·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.

Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.

IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.


Beach towels are not provided.

Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: rate according to locksmith, to be paid on site to the technician

Reglas:
· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
· Pets Allowed. It has an extra cost of 6€/day/pet. For bookings with more than 7 nights the maximum cost will be 42€/booking/pet.

· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
