It is close to the Cabezo d'Or mountain, with its famous "Cuevas de Canalobre," and offers numerous hiking and biking routes while enjoying the natural surroundings. This typical Mediterranean villa accommodates 4 people, with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It has a spacious garden area of approximately 1500 m2, featuring various dining areas and outdoor enjoyment spaces, sunny terraces, areas of natural lawn, as well as a pool next to another outdoor annex of the house equipped with a barbecue and full kitchen, bathroom, for summer comfort and outdoor enjoyment.
