THE AREA
Barrio de Las Rejas, located in the district of San Blas-Canillejas, is a quiet, residential area in the north-east of Madrid. It is ideal for those looking for a relaxed atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the centre, but with excellent transport links. It has several bus lines that allow easy access to other areas of the city, apart from the metro, the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport and places such as the Plenilunio shopping centre.

HOW TO GET AROUND
At the foot of the urbanization, at the Deyanira - Campezo bus stop, you can take bus 77 to the Canillejas metro stop, which connects you directly to emblematic places such as Chueca, Gran Vía, Callao and more.
To get to the flat
From the Airport:Take Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, then transfer to Line 6 and get off at Avenida de América station, where you can take several buses that will take you to the flat. However, we recommend taking a taxi or an Uber, as the flat is very close to the stations and the journey will be quick and comfortable.
From Atocha: Take Line 1 to Gran Vía station, where you will have to change to Line 5 towards Canillejas. Get off at El Capricho station and, from there, walk a few minutes to the flat.
From Chamartín:Take Line 10 to Alonso Martínez and transfer to Line 5. Get off at El Capricho station and walk a few minutes to the flat.
If you are coming by car, we recommend that you check the Madrid City Council website for traffic zones and available parking spaces.
PLEASE NOTECots are available for rent for 30 € / stay. Please remember to request it by contacting the host in advance of your arrival.
Guests are required to show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.
This accommodation is not suitable for stag or hen parties or similar parties.
The swimming pools are communal and will only be open during the summer season on dates to be determined by the community of owners.
For bookings of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas consumption will be included up to 50 €, from that amount onwards they will be charged to the guest.
Please note that if the day of your arrival coincides with the day you have made your booking, we cannot guarantee that the flat will be ready for your check-in before 17:30.
