Important Information for Booking Your Stay

1. Payment Methods: Payment by credit card is accepted (with a 3% surcharge) or by bank transfer (no additional fees).

2. Cleaning Costs:
- For stays of up to one week, the cleaning cost is €275 at the end of the stay.
- For two-week stays, an intermediate cleaning (2 hours by 2 people) is performed halfway through the stay at a cost of €90, plus a final cleaning at the end of the second week for €275.
- For one-month stays, three intermediate cleanings (one in the middle of each week), each costing €90, are included, along with a final cleaning at the end of the stay for €275.

3. Tourist Tax: €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days (for guests over 18 years old).

4. Off-Season Supplements (October to April):
- For a one-month stay: €600 per month for water, electricity, and gas based on actual consumption.

5. Check-in and Check-out Times:
- Check-in: from 17:00 to 20:00
- Check-out: by 10:00

6. Late Arrival:
- From 20:00 to 24:00: €45 surcharge.
- After midnight: €70 surcharge.
- On Sundays or public holidays: €50 surcharge.

7. Security Deposit: A security deposit of €1500 is required (or €3000 if pets are present).
