About this property
Cottage on Anholt facing a large natural area
Welcome to this charming cottage located on the peaceful Anholt. The house has a direct private path (30 meters) to the 16 km² protected natural area "The Desert", a treasure trove of nature, heath and forest, and a rich variety of plants, birds, and animals.
The cottage is divided into two separate houses, offering a unique combination of community and privacy for multiple families or couples.
The heart of the main house is the kitchen-living room, inviting cozy moments and shared meals. The modern facilities here ensure that cooking becomes a breeze, for example, when the menu is on the popular local langoustines. There is an accompanying bedroom with modern single beds, a sofa bed in the living room, and a bathroom with shower in the main house.
The annex provides additional space and freedom. The 20 m² annex offers two bedrooms with single beds and bunk beds, and a loft (max. 90 kg. Not suitable for the elderly and walking impaired).
Take in the sun's rays on the private 60 m² wooden terrace - Anholt is known for its sunshine hours. The house is equipped with garden furniture, terrace tables, dream beds, and lounge chairs. In the sun, one quickly feels like napping, and thanks to the house's location in a very peaceful area, you're unlikely to be disturbed.
Or take a trip to Anholt's clean, white beaches with plenty of space. These beaches attract sun and water lovers from afar.
Or experience hiking in "The Desert", a 16 km² large protected natural area without habitation or construction. Here awaits a special landscape, where you can explore and adventure in untouched nature - a wilderness in Denmark.
Anholt is a treasure trove of experiences. Just 600 meters from your door lies Anholt Kro, a local eatery, tempting with the island's culinary specialties (seasonal). You rarely need a car here; rent a bike and let the island's peaceful roads lead you through unique nature and to hidden beaches.
Here awaits a holiday paradise for all ages, where each day offers new adventures or peaceful relaxation in perhaps Denmark's most unique nature.
