Perfect family holiday can be had in our lovely 2 bed villa with private courtyard at the rear for some relaxing and private time. The villa is ideal for young & old alike as it is all on ground level with a swimming pool just outside our patio. It is a very bright villa with a lovely kitchen and bathrooms.

Lovely spacious apartment

Photos don’t do the place justice really, it was larger than expected with new furniture and furnishings. Well equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace to watch the sun rise. Owner was really helpful and responded very quickly to queries. The complex itself was a bit of a let down, no loungers by the pool which was cleaned every morning and looked great, would have been nice to spend the day at the pool and the loungers on the private beach were sparse and uncomfortable. This is absolutely no reflection of the apartment itself as we loved it and would definitely return!

Good location, great size for 4 adults. Overall ok and enjoyed our stay. However, in need of a bit of maintenance. Double bedroom bathroom- shower head needs repairing and toilet cistern dripping. No bulb in the lamp in the lounge. Felt it could benefit from more kitchen utensils, such as baking tray for the oven and kitchen scissors. Please just accept this as constructive criticism, we will be returning.

Loved the area, cleanliness was not great, apartment needs tlc

We stay in costa teguise a lot so have stayed in alot of rentals. It was good for our needs but is really needing some upgrading. Having separate bathrooms was great, however ours stank of damp and there is a leak coming from the roof and must have got to the light. Had a few cockroaches which happens in lanzarote but I think more pest treatment is needed. Not enough towels, my mum had to use beach towels. We had no details of when the cleaner was to come so better communication is a must. But not much cleaning was done. A deep clean is required. The area is great and has lifeguards at all pools and the little bungalows are very cute. Wee bit of a walk to town but not even 20mins and it’s a nice walk. Would stay in the complex again but maybe a different apartment or if it’s upgraded

Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub in Sands Beach

Wir waren mit drei Personen in der Wohnung, Wir hatten viel Platz, zwei Bäder und zwei Schlafzimmer. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt,Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder wohnen. Die Wohnung war auch sehr hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
