Pozzo Vertical Apartment with garden and parking
A lovely four-room apartment overlooking Lake Como.
On the ground floor, comfortable and bright, the kitchenette is complete with accessories, plates, dishes and appliances: stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms. The three bathrooms are equipped with a hand shower, next to the toilet, in place of the bidet. The house is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine. At guest's disposal a recharging station for electric cars. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to visit the city. Pets are not allowed. Take care of it, you are welcome!
