This delightful 4 bedroom villa has a real Spanish feel, and is only 5 minutes' drive from the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa. This popular, lively destination has a never-ending choice of cafes and restaurants, mostly overlooking the sea. Plus, Pollensa Old Town is just a short drive away too. The house has a bright and airy interior, with plenty of Spanish charm and views over the open countryside and mountain. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the 4 bedrooms and the lounge are included.
Villa Vilar de Baix is in a great location! Situated off of the road connecting Puerto Pollensa to Pollensa Old Town, you'll have a huge choice of bars, cafes and restaurants all within a 10 minute drive. Plus, Puerto Pollensa has a fantastic large, sandy beach to enjoy. You'll also have a choice of alternative beaches, golf courses, a waterpark, water sports and a number of attractions and places to visit all within easy reach.
Main pool: 6.7 x 4 mtr, 0.85 - 1.9 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
