Enjoy our amazing family house in Santa Eulalia de Ronçana!



House for 10 people located in Santa Eulàlia de Ronçana, 10 minutes from the Circuit de Catalunya, 15 minutes from 'La Roca Village', 20 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from Barcelona, Vic, the Montseny, and 5 minutes from the highway of l'Ametlla, you will still be in the middle of NATURE!



The house is distributed as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed.

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed

Bedroom 3: 1 double bed

Bedroom 4: 2 single beds

Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub and shower.

Fully equipped kitchen to make you feel at home. With Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, deep fryer, crockery, oven, dishwasher, etc.

The living room is very spacious, bright and very nice, and we have a very comfortable sofa, large dining table, plus Smart TV, stereo and WIFI!

We have air conditioning and heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

You will have at your disposal the private swimming pool, the garden, the terrace, the barbacue the chill-out area, and the children's area. Enjoy a meal outside and take a dip when you finish!

We also have both covered and street parking.

*Minimum age: 30 years old

*No young groups or celebrations are allowed on the property. Respect for both the property and its surroundings and neighbors is requested.

*The guest will receive a link where he/she will have to pay the tourist tax imposed by the local government (not included in the final price of the accommodation).

In the same link also, you will have to register each guest, add your personal data and sign the contract prior to arrival.

*Late check-in has an additional cost of 35€ from 20h to 22h or 50€ from 22h to 00h.
