This two-bedroom apartment is the perfect accommodation for a family group of up to 5 people. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second room has a double bed and bunk bed - perfect for those travelling with younger children. You have access to the shared roof terrace which is the perfect spot to take in the sensational views of the city and the surrounding coastline.
With its central location you are in the heart of a traditional Portuguese neighbourhood. There are many small shops and restaurants on the doorstep and you can enjoy fresh pastries for breakfast from the local bakery. The historic city of Lagos is within walking distance and here you have an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. If you prefer the quieter side of life then Lagos has plenty of history and you can spend many hours exploring the tiny cobbled streets.
Lagos is famous for its stunning beaches and the location of this apartment means you are ideally located to explore a different one each day!

## Neighborhood
There are several local cafes and restaurants for you to enjoy traditional Portuguese food and drink and a local bakery on your doorstep. You have a small supermarket within a few minutes’ walk. For those who want to explore further afield there are some beautiful beaches within reasonable walking distance, where you can take in the incredible views of the coast or continue along the cliff tops to Porto de Mos beach and beyond.
Close to Lagos there are a variety of activities and sights which range from waterparks to zoos, through to historic monuments and challenging hiking and biking trails. The Algarve is known as one of Europe’s premier golf destinations, and there are many courses within close proximity to Lagos, the west coast is also very popular for surfing.
Whether you are couples travelling together or a family with children, there is something for everyone in Lagos.
## Transit
Buses and trains are not very regular and a (rental) car is recommended. Should you decided not to hire a car there are bus stops close to the apartment that will take you into the town and also link up with the main bus routes throughout the Algarve and Lisbon.
