Great service and confortable stay.

Great service from Tania, who is easy to deal with. A comfortable stay for our employees, who worked 7 days a week, 10 hours a day.

Family Trip to Niagara

Well decorated home. Plenty of space for our group of 13. No blankets on 2 of the beds upstairs. No bedding for the futon downstairs. Hard to maintain temperature and keep everyone happy (hot upstairs cold downstairs). Bring toilet paper, spices and condiments.

Inaccurate listing / Lack of communication from host

First of all, this is a new house close to Niagra falls, ON. This house no way can host 15 people. Bedding setup is major issue. Lack of blanket and non-standard bedding is an issue. Host had bed sheets in laundry closet and kid size thin blanket. This is my 4th vrbo experience and lesson learned from this trip is that always get all information / verification prior to booking. This way you can hold host accountable. Host is responsive when you provide information or compliments. But when it comes to requests she is not responsive. I had to involve vrbo to get check in detail and there was no response when asked about bedding situation. I hope host takes this criticism in a positive way so it helps her and other guests with stay.

Don’t stay here!

Beware of the horrible owner and inaccurate listing! We ignored negative reviews and regretted it. Here’s our experience: 1. On arrival, we found insufficient blankets for 15 people; one room had only sheets. The owner claimed blankets were in the closet, but there were just three mini-sized ones. She was unresponsive for over a day. The mattresses were also extremely uncomfortable, causing back pain. 2. Many listed amenities, like a hair dryer, shampoo, and iron, were missing. The owner did not respond to inquiries about these items. 3. Using the massage chair caused a power outage in the living room. The owner said they to send help but never did, leaving us without power in the living room area for most of our stay. She falsely claimed we never reached out, though we have screenshots of our attempts to contact her. The listing falsely stated it accommodates 15 people and provides WiFi, which didn’t work for most of the stay. Overall, the lack of adequate bedding, missing amenities, power outage, and unresponsive, rude owner made for an unpleasant stay. Avoid this property at all costs if you want an enjoyable and relaxing experience.
