Villa Sol I is a delightful 3 bedroom property located in the attractive resort of Calan Bosch. The spacious terrace and kidney shaped pool are the perfect spot to enjoy the Menorcan sunshine, plus there is plenty of shade under the covered terrace and a brick built BBQ to enjoy dining alfresco. Calan Bosch’s lively marina with a good selection of restaurants and bars and the beach, are just under 5 minutes' drive away or a pleasant stroll of 25 minutes. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Sol I is located in the area of Cap D´Artrutx, with a beautiful seafront walk to the lighthouse and the restaurant with spectacular views - a great spot to watch sundown over the Mediterranean Sea.  It is only 5 minutes' drive or a 25 minute stroll from the popular resort and beach of Calan Bosch. Here you’ll find the picturesque marina with waterside bars and restaurants. The bustling port of Ciutadella with historical architecture and charming views is also worth a visit and is just 10 minutes’ drive away.
