About this property
4 beautiful stone barns SlEEPS 17 People
Relax with the whole family or friends at these peaceful Welsh cottages.
4 renovated 16c stone built barns set on The Pentre Farm in the fantastic Monmouthshire countryside.
Each individual barn has its own kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms sleeping in total 17 individuals very comfortably.
We are animal lovers and dogs are more than welcome.
2 barns are set around a stunning communal courtyard and 2 others are detached just across from the courtyard.
You will have private access to all 4 barns.
We are a holiday cottage development of 16th Century barns , converted cow sheds milking parlours and grain stores.
We are set in the lovely village of Llangwm in Usk.
We are just a 10 minute drive from Usk town where we have more restaurants and lovely family pubs
than any other town in Monmouthshire.
The farm and all its barns retain many original features and have ample off road parking for multiple cars.
Each barn is self contained and all have outside space, one even boasts its own lake at the bottom of the garden.
Two with the most beautiful landscaped courtyard and another with a lovely large patio area.
All have outside seating.
All the woodwork in the properties has been restored or replaced and has been hand carved and purpose built. Some of the oak was actually grown on the farm for hundreds of years, given that the buildings date from 11th and 15th century everything has been done to keep it as original as possible. Exposed beams in all rooms are all original and vestry gates, millstones and iron wheels have been placed in for extra character.
Each property has its own decking and garden furniture overlooking the fishponds and courtyard.
