Outside there is a private paddock and cooking area with gas cooker, barbecue and furniture, as well as a communal lawn and field with pitch, put golf, football, pizza oven and outdoor play area; there is also off-road parking available. Within 1.6 miles you will find a shop and within 1.4 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property.
