A charming villa with undisturbed sea and vineyard views, La Villa Mavi is comprised of the main house & an additional guest house.
The spacious, air conditioned property of 320SQM+ is nestled in 1900SQM’s of luxuriant gardens with a free form swimming pool & several outdoor dining areas.
The main house is spread out over three floors.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR, you will find a generous sized master suite (30 SQM) with a king size bed, an open wardrobe, with an en suite bathroom. With beautiful sea and garden views.
Additionally, there is a charming second bedroom with a private bathroom and wardrobe with garden views.
These bedrooms are complemented by a kitchen and living area accessible from the garden and pool area allowing you to cook and dine within immediate proximity of the pool. Double doors open out to the gardens where there is a dining area for 16 people.
ON THE FIRST FLOOR, in the main living room, large windows and terracotta floors nod to traditional Provencal style, while a fireplace and a contemporary sectional sofa and marble coffee table create a welcoming place to relax. The living room has a dining area for 8 people.
The large terrace offers incomparable views of the Mediterranean Sea with a dining table for 8 people, as well as a salon de jardin to enjoy cocktails and relax.
A large rustic-chic kitchen with modern appliances will invite you to cook and try mastering local dishes. On the same floor, two bedrooms with king size beds share a bathroom with an Italian shower. The master bedroom has sublime sea views with the second bedroom looking out to the gardens.
THE SECOND FLOOR is comprised of a parental suite with a king size bed leading to a children’s area with two single beds. With an en suite bathroom, this floor is ideal for a couple with children or for teenagers who like to stay out of the way.
THE GUEST HOUSE in the garden consists of a main studio with a king size bed and a small second bedroom with a single bed. This guest house is fully independent with its own kitchenette, bathroom and outdoor space. Excellent choice for staff accompanying families, enabling everyone to retain their privacy.
