Upper floor with master bedroom (air conditioning) and terrace with sea views. In addition, the adjoining, small living room/office with a sofa bed for 2 more people. All 3 bedrooms each with bathroom en-suite.
Flat screen TV in the living room (air conditioning) and 2 bedrooms. Modern kitchen with direct access to the breakfast terrace. Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. All sliding doors and windows to the terrace with electric shutters. Underfloor heating throughout the house.
Swimming pool 13m x 4m. Depth from 1.25m to 1.80m. The pool can be heated and has an electric pool cover. Heated pool shower. Charcoal grill in the garden. WiFi throughout the house. A perfect villa for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve.
Two e-bikes, 1x men, 1x women can be rented for €90 per week and bike.
