All our apartments are located in a condominium/building.
Upon reaching civic number 19 on Viale Italia, open the received email and click on the "how to access" button; a new page with instructions and two blue buttons will appear. To open the automatic gate, click on the "OPEN GATE" button and take the stairs or the elevator located on the right up to the second floor. The door is the first on the left and is always open. Only in the exceptional case that this door might be closed, please go down to the ground floor, and looking at the automatic gate, on its right, you will see a white hatch, open it, and inside you will find a small oval plastic box. Take the key you find in the box and go back to the second floor. Now you can open the door that you had previously found closed. Please remember to return the key to the same place at the time of your check-out. Now enter the common area, and the apartment door is in front of you on the right side (you can recognize it because attached to the door there is a cylindrical handle with a keypad). Retrieve the link received by email and click on the blue "OPEN APARTMENT" button; you will hear an acoustic sound, and on the keypad cylinder, it will display "Unlocked"; at this point, rotate the cylinder to the left until the door opens.
