Newly constructed in 2023, this two-storey detached property enjoys captivating beautiful views above the Exe Valley and showcases all en-suite bedrooms with flexible super kingsize or twin sleeping arrangements, underfloor heating, a large private garden with a hot tub and plenty of space for a group of up to ten guests to enjoy a relaxing breakaway. The large, light and airy, open-plan sociable living space on the ground floor includes a well-equipped kitchen with a full range of appliances, a stylish island with breakfast bar seating and a beautiful living/dining area.
After a fun-filled day exploring Devon, gather your friends and family around the rustic dining table for a celebratory homecooked meal, share a cocktail from the quirky fold-down bar and relax on the comfortable sofas to watch a movie whilst enjoying the cosy glows of the wood burner. Sliding doors open out onto the balcony which is a real suntrap and where guests can enjoy the great news. The ground floor is completed with an entrance area, utility, downstairs toilet and three comfortably furnished en-suite bedrooms, one of which has access to another private balcony and another is classed as accessible with a wet room shower, shower seat, comfort height toilet and sink, non-slip flooring and grab rails. Head upstairs to discover the other two stunning en-suite bedrooms, one with a Juliet balcony and the other has access to its very own private study area, equipped with desk and chair, ideal for guests who have remote or hybrid working arrangements. The property is situated 1½ miles from the village of Butterleigh, with its historic church and popular country pub. The farm is just a 15-minute drive from the M5 and 3 miles from the market town of Tiverton, which has a range of excellent restaurants, cafés and shops. The accommodation is set midway between Devon’s two coastlines, convenient for a day out to either. The award-winning North Devon coastline is within an hour’s drive with its golden sandy surfing beaches, and the Jurassic South Devon coastal beauty spots are within a 45-minute drive.
