Starting from one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) available to answer any questions about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will welcome you on arrival, accompany you to the apartment, and be available throughout your stay. Upon departure, they will be present to ensure a smooth departure. Our goal is to make you feel pampered and well cared for throughout your stay with DesenzanoLoft. Check-in for this apartment is from 15:00 to 19:00. For arrivals between 19:00 and 23:30, an additional charge of 50.00 euros applies. The apartment requires a 200 E security deposit, payable in cash at check-in or by credit card. If paid by card, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within 3 working days, provided there are no damages.
