House with lots of natural light 5 minutes' walk from São Lourenço beach. Quiet courtyard overlooking the valley. House with living area, dining area and double bed. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The patio is where you want to be all day. Outside socket for charging an electric car. The house has been completely renovated.
