Beautiful stay in Kozino

The apartment was as advertised. It was a modern and beautifully decorated place that had a nice view over the water. Unfortunately, it was not in walking distance of the city of Zadar which was our main point of interest. However, a short drive and we were there and enjoyed Zadar. Due to road closures, getting the VRBO was pretty difficult, but the host was very communicative and helpful in getting us there. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

As soon as you enter, you are welcomed with cold Air conditioner blasting with an amazing aromatic smell! As soon as you enter and turn your head to the right, what do you see? You literally see the sea off the balcony. Jaw dropping! Living room and kitchen is so spacious, and the rooms so clean with air conditioning in each room! With parking on premises right outside your dooryour place. You can walk around the apartment and you are at your own little beach. I’m sure coming back to this one.

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Meer

Die perfekte Lage und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Super gut von Zadar zu erreichen und schön ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist nicht dem Niveau der Wohnung entsprechend. Keine Pfanne nutzbar und alles sehr gebraucht und abgenutzt.

Schöne, moderne Wohnung direkt am Meer gelegen, mit tollem Meerblick. Abseits von allem Trubel.

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und befindet sich direkt an einem kleinen Betonstrand mit herrlichem Wasser. Sie ist gut geeignet für Menschen, die absolute Erholung suchen. Die Klimatisierung funktionierte super. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist mit Tischen und Stühlen ausgestattet, überdacht und es befindet sich noch eine Beschattung an der Frontseite. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist atemberaubend. Hier ist unbedingt ein PKW notwendig. Das einzige Restaurant in der Nähe ist ca. 2,5 km entfernt (aber zu empfehlen). Es gibt keine Promenade mit Cafe´s oder Bars in der Nähe. Nach 30 Min. zu Fuß gibt es zwar eine Bar, die aber leider nicht uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden kann. Der Betonstrand ist auch außerhalb der Saison gut besucht. Leider gibt es keine Liegen oder wenigstens einen Sonnenschirm bzw. Sonnenschirmständer die zur Wohnung gehören.

Perfekte Urlaub

Das Appartement selbst ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Die umfassende Ausstattung (Alles neu, überall Fliegengitter, Sonnenschutz, jeder Raum hat eine fast unhörbare Klimaanlage) und die Einrichtung waren neu, modern und sehr schön. Die Lage und die Aussicht ein Traum. Wir sind sehr begeistert und würden sofort wieder hin. Der Strand ist klein,es waren aber immer nur wenige Leute da. Die die da waren waren freundlich und sehr entspannt. Sehr viele kleine Fische schwimmen in der Bucht und das schnorcheln war nie langweilig. Es gibt in 500m bis 1200m Restaurants. Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus. Nur sehr wenig hat uns nicht gefallen. Wir haben nur das Besteck sofort im Geschirrspüler gewaschen (bröselige Lade U Flecken). Das Bodenwischtuch war sehr schmutzig.

Apartmán super, přímo u moře … moderně zařízený, vybavený, vše odpovídá dle popisu a fotografií. Jen chybí mikrovlnka a misky, pánve uz mají také odslouženo. Majitel Mate a Daniela velice vstřícný, ochotný, milý … požádali jsme o lehátka na pláž, hned dodány. Snaží se vyhovět všem požadavkům.👍. Pozor, při objednáváni …bazén, zahrada, gril, venkovní sprcha patří jen k přízemnímu apartmanu. Ostatní apartmány nemají přístup😰, nesmí používat. Wifi moc nefunguje, vypadává😰 Všude pešky daleko …obchody, restaurace, bary - taková vesnice bez ničeho.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einem tollen Apartment

Wir hatten die Wohnung im 1. Stock. Sehr sauber. Die Lage ist TOP! Gute Ausstattung, alles da was man braucht. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und Terrassentür, war super! Supermarkt zum Brötchenholen und Einkaufen von Kleinigkeiten in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Anbindung nach Zadar. Restaurants in der Nähe (Restaurant Pineta ist sehr lecker). Am besten war wirklich die Lage und der Strand. Wir würden wiederkommen! Langsames WLAN. TV-Programme nicht genug vorhanden (wir wollten zwischendrin auch mal Nachrichten verfolgen oder Musiksender anschauen). Es ist zwar ein Garten vorhanden mit Grill und Dusche, den dürfen aber nur die Gäste aus der Erdgeschosswohnung nutzen. Somit hat man dort eigentlich keine Grillmöglichkeit. Wir hatten unseren eigenen Grill dabei und durften, nachdem wir gefragt hatten, auf dem Parkplatz unseren Grill aufstellen und dort grillen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage direkt am Strand von Kožino

Schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung direkt am "Strand" von Kožino. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und als die Kaffeemaschine kaputt ging, wurde asap für Ersatz gesorgt. Die Lage der Wohnung, mit Blick aufs Meer und unmittelbarem Zugang zum kleinen Strand, ist top. Dort halten sich hauptsächlich Einheimische auf. Ansonsten ist Kožino ziemlich ruhig, was uns recht war. Nach Zadar fährt man ca. 20 Minuten und große Supermärkte sind in ca. 10 Autominunten erreichbar. Die geräumige Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit Moskitonetzen und Rolläden sowie 3 Badezimmer. Die Ausstattung der Küche (Teller, Töpfe, Gläser etc.) könnte besser sein. Es wirkt alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Nagyon tágas, modern, jól felszerelt apartman

Nagyon tágas, modern, jól felszerelt apartman. Közvetlen vízparton, a terasz a tengerre néz. Redőny és szúnyogháló minden ablakon. Van mosogatógép és mosógép is. Nyugodt, csendes környezet. Minden olyan mint a képeken. Nagyon sok tárolóhely van. Két kisbolt is van a közelben, de éttermekhez kicsit hosszabb séta kell. Nem volt ilyen.
