The apartment is located on the ground floor, making it well-accessible for all guests. There are just a couple of steps to reach it from the main path, and there is also a shorter path that leads directly to the apartment through the terrace, which continues to the condominium garden. Please note that the terrace is not fenced.
Listing Access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the large terrace with panoramic mountain views. A private parking space is available for guests, but please note that it is quite narrow and best suited for small cars.
Neighbourhood Description The apartment is located in Barzio, a picturesque village in the Valsassina Valley. Barzio is known for its lively atmosphere, with charming cafes, restaurants, and local shops. The village is surrounded by stunning natural landscapes, making it a perfect base for exploring the region’s hiking trails, cycling routes, and ski slopes.
Transport Barzio is well-connected by the D35 bus, which links the village to Lecco and other nearby towns. From Lecco, visitors can access trains to Milan, Bergamo, and towns along Lake Como. The bus runs 1-2 times per hour, with the last one around 7 PM. If you're driving, free public parking spots are available nearby, although it can be challenging to find a spot in peak season.

The apartment is on the ground floor and accessible for all guests. There are just a few steps to reach it from the main path, and an alternative shorter path leads directly to the apartment via the terrace, which continues to the condominium garden. Please note that the terrace is not fenced.


Please be respectful of the condominium rules and maintain quiet hours, especially during the night, as the apartment is located within a shared residential complex.
