Welcome to our peaceful property! Come and enjoy your stay in peaceful Lancaster County in this sprawling house located on 30 private acres. Relax while enjoying the beautiful landscaping, large pond with fountain and waterfall, trickling creek, nature trail, and view of a covered bridge. The property also boasts it's own private tennis court.

Make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities in the spacious house with multiple decks and patios. It is family friendly with a large finished basement and outdoor play area for children within view of the decks. On colder evenings, warm up by the fireplace in the large living room. The house was as described with plenty of room for our family to fit comfortably. The grounds are gorgeous with lots of spots to explore! Communication with the hosts was easy and they were quickly responsive. We hope to come back in the future!

Absolutely Beautiful Home!

The home is super clean and absolutely beautiful! My mom, her aide, and the aides family stayed there on Christmas. The kids loved playing on the train, tennis court, playground, and fishing in the pond. At one point everyone took a walk on the nature trail. I asked the kids what their favorite Christmas gift was and they said “the house”. The area the house is located in is beautiful farm country with an old covered bridge nearby. I would rate this house over 5 stars if I could.

Beautiful and spacious!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful and spacious home. My husband, myself and our 3 daughters and their families (including their 5 daughters, ages 4, 3, 2, 1 and 5 weeks old.) The layout of the home was perfect for having so many little ones with various nap times, and since there was only one set of stairs, we only needed to gate one area. We appreciated having a high chair already there, too! The large kitchen/dining area, and large living room gave us gathering places where we all fit comfortably, and the kids could play around us. We were disappointed that the weather wasn’t great, but we made the most of the playground equipment when it wasn’t raining. We all agreed this was the best place we have ever stayed, and we hope to return for many more years in the future!

Our family of 12 were stunned by the manicured expanse of the estate and the amenities it offered. As well as the supply of common every-day necessities. The fire pit, grilling area, gazebo, balconies and children's play area were well utilized. Two kitchens, table for all 12, shuffleboard, tennis court. Could not have been satisfied. We had a memorable stay we hope to repeat. Secluded and beautiful. Thanks for sharing with us.

This property is set on top of a hill, with awesome views. We enjoyed our 3 night stay so much we can’t wait to book it again sometime. The kids enjoyed playing tennis, and the younger kids liked the play train & play house in the yard. The inside was very clean and spacious.

We had a great time for our second Thanksgiving here. Plenty of room for a big dinner, a little zoomba, family football game, and parking. We took advantage of the trails, tennis courts, playground, shuffle board and corn hole. House offers lots of unique character. Thanks.

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful time, plenty of space to relax and visit. We could not find any hair dryers though and the key box was tricky to work, we couldn't get the microwave to work. The location of one of the bathrooms was in the garage and I didn't notice that in the listing. The grounds were awesome and the location was near to a lot of things to do.

Girls Weekend

This was our 3rd time staying at this wonderful property. So quiet and secluded. A great place to get away from all the stress of everyday life. Yet close enough to a variety of things to do in Lancaster. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals and there is a great dining room table to eat them at. We also love the large livingroom. Plenty of room for all of is the sit and chat. The second Fridge in the second kitchen downstairs also came in handy after we visited a few farmers markets and bought items to take home. We were lucky enough to get fresh homemade yogurt from a farm not to far away. Thanks to the Martin Family for sharing this beautiful home!
