The Villa , 300 sqm, is a self service accommodation for 12 people, with the large garden, nicely looked after, with the 2 open swimming pools and whirlpool massage 52m2 at disposal to the guests only.
1.700sqm garden is also at your disposal. The villa is next to the place Zminj , in the inhabited village of few houses and is propitious for families with children or for couples.
The villa consists of a living room and five bedrooms, with six bathrooms, billiard, the kitchen and the space for dining. Conditioning and central heating facilities are provided. The terrace have 40m2 tables and chairs for 12 people with grill and Tv.

I and my family (wife end 3 kids) live near the Villa Pepa in Tomisici. I am 37 years old and I finished Tourism School in Croatia. From 2007 I rent house for holiday.

The property Villa Pepa is ideal for families with children. It is located on a private street with no traffic with a private parking lot. The place Tomisici is located in the center of Istria, All beaches and tourist towns are located 20 minutes from the house.
