A large, attractive self-catering holiday home, can sleep nine- ten guests in five bedrooms.

Town: Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.

Ground Floor - Entrance hallway, Lounge, Kitchen/Dining area, Bedroom 5: Twin bedroom (two 3 foot wide beds), access to the quad shower room and separate WC with access from the corridor and bedroom 5, Adjoining garage with internal and external access, Separate WC and laundry room, Terrace and garden.
First Floor - Bedroom 2: King bedroom (5 foot wide bed) with ensuite shower room, at the front of the house.
First Floor - Bedroom 3: King bedroom (5 foot wide bed) at the back of the house, overlooks - the garden.
First Floor - Bedroom 4: Smaller bedroom with a double bed (4'6 wide) is pushed against the wall so single use is more comfortable but can accommodate two guests at the front of the house, Family bathroom with basin, WC and bath with overhead shower.
Second Floor - Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with super king bed (6 foot wide), storage and a desk, private balcony overlooks the estuary and garden, Ensuite with freestanding modern roll-top style bath and separate stand up shower.
First Floor - Bedroom 2: King bedroom (5 foot wide bed) with ensuite shower room, at the front of the house.
