The Beach House in Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire sleeps eight in four bedrooms.
The living areas consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and breakfast bar, there is also a sitting room with Smart TV and electric flame-effect stove. The bedrooms consist of over three floors: Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x double, 1 x second-floor twin, 1 x first floor bunkbeds. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture and covered area with hot tub. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. Note: The stairs to the second floor are quite steep, please take care. Note: There is further parking nearby at a small charge each day. Please note: the property does not accept stag, hens or similar parties.

Instead, you could travel inland to the town of Louth, which is home to Georgian streets lined with Grade II listed buildings, St. James Church, a theatre, an art deco cinema, a museum, a golf course, a modern leisure centre complex, excellent shopping (including market days every week), and a wide variety of eateries to suit any palate. An ideal location from which to explore the scenic countryside and coastline of Lincolnshire.
