The apartment, located on the first floor of a building located between Via Maqueda and the typical Mercato di Ballarò, opens onto the living area, featuring a sofa, a TV, a balcony, a special snack area with stools and an open kitchen equipped with a kettle and all the necessary cooking tools. The sleeping area boasts a bedroom, with essential furnishings equipped with a queen-size bed, a closet and a beautiful balcony overlooking the street. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
