About this property

Traditional fishermans cottage in the heart of Port Isaac with wonderful garden

Brook Cottage, nestled on Middle Street, boasts a charming sunny garden with a stream running alongside—a true embodiment of a traditional fisherman's haven.
This comfortable fisherman's cottage enjoys a secluded location in the heart of Port Isaac's picturesque fishing harbour. It offers the added convenience of allocated parking for one car atop Church Hill.
Perfect for families or groups of friends, the cottage accommodates 6 guests in three double bedrooms, with a bathroom on the first floor and a ground floor shower room.
The sunny garden features lush plant borders, a summerhouse, and a slate-paved terrace, ideal for soaking up summer rays. Brook Cottage also welcomes you in colder months, offering an inviting open fire to warm up after exploring coastal paths.
The three bedrooms are bright and airy, including one king-sized bed and two doubles. The kitchen features natural slate floors and modern shaker-style units.
Port Isaac, located on Cornwall's north coast, is renowned for celebrity chef Nathan Outlaw's culinary offerings, such as the Fish Kitchen and his exquisite 2-Michelin-starred restaurant. Wander through the village to spot locations from the Doc Martin series and embark on dramatic coastal walks to Lobber Point, Port Quin, and beyond, where breathtaking sea views await.
