This dog friendly two bedroom holiday lodge on Limefitt Park is the perfect place to enjoy a break in the Lakes. Cosy and welcoming, Ewe View can accommodate up to 4 guests and a little one in a travel cot.

A great choice for families or couples in need of a getaway and a superb base from which to explore the beautiful Lake District. Whether you're wanting to head out onto the fells, relax in the lodge and admire the stunning views or simply get away from the daily chores, this lodge is the perfect retreat.

Fantastic site, wonderful accommodation

Lodge is set in a great location on the park with great views from the outside decking. The sofa in the lodge could do with replacing as there is a smell coming from it. The listing advised a smart TV in the lodge but this was a freeview TV so no netflix , Amazon TV etc. Overall we had a great stay and would return but would be nice to have a upto date TV & new sofa.

fantastic location on park

We have booked with Lakes Cottages and Lodges Ltd on a few occasions and have always found them easy to book with, value for money and informative. This was our first time in Ewe View Lodge and we were not disappointed. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac on Limefitt Park and is not overlooked at all. There is an amazing view from the lounge windows and everything you need for your stay in the lodge. There was a lovely surprise of Prosecco and chocolates on arrival. The lodge was spotlessly clean and we will definitely be returning.

We stayed at Ewes view from the 4th sept /to the 8th sept .Awe it was heaven the lodge was beautiful and spotless with everything you needed for a peaceful and relaxing stay ,my Husband and i are not walkers we love the tranquility and peaceful surrounings ,I love the way the bedrooms are as they have both ensuites ,the weather was beautiful i was more outside sitting on the balcony ,we love going into the wee towns and on the Thursday The Keswick market is on ,we had lunch in the lovely cafes mostly outside it was bliss it was really good value ,Thank you to the owners for giving up their beautiful lodge to let us have the experience ,We had a wee bit of a problem on the Wednesday when we came back to the lodge there was no electricity ,we contacted the Lake Cottages And Lodges maintainace and they were brilliant ,the whloe valley was out of electricity and the foreman in the shop at the park gave us T-lights to help us see the sky was so clear you could see the stars as it was dark ,also the neighbours that were staying in nearby Lodges were lovely ,we met so many lovely people Thankyou.xx

A nice weekend apart from

The double bed is small for 2 and very uncomfortable. Tried to sleep on the sofa instead but there was no spare blankets anywhere. The kitchen utensils weren’t very clean and needed washing before use.

Ewe view lodge amazing will be back every year if we can

Ewe view lodge absolutely beautiful. Very high standard of cleanliness and very comfortable every thing you could need for you and you dogs. We will be definitely be back next year . Amazing walks right on the door step and some very nice pubs near by. What can I say we can't wait for next year thank you so much from claire , Chad, chance sika nya and hunter

Scenic location, lovely property.

Well proportioned, clean property set within a beautiful location. Would happily stay again at this price point. Could be noted that the site Wi-Fi is essentially £30 a week which is mildly annoying, but hopefully you’ll be spending your days out and about enjoying the incredible scenery!

Lovely location

Had a lovely stay lodge, beautiful location and everything you needed was on site. The lodge was very comfortable and spacious for 4 of us to stay. The only negative I would say is that I contacted customer service as I had problems getting in. No one contacted me back as I left a message, so was left to figure it out on our own. Which we did thankfully.

A great all round stay

Fantastic location, on site pub just behind lodge although no noise from pub and a very quiet site in general. Lodge was clean upon arrival with beds made and towels out ready. No waiting for water to heat up, hot water and heating should you need it were working fast. Lovely layout of lodge and the option to sit outside at table and chairs (however bring insect repellent - midgies are everywhere outside and I didn’t think to bring any so couldn’t sit outside). Great location close to petrol station and shops. We enjoyed the walks around site and exploring further afield to local attractions. All round great stay and would definitely recommend! Thank you for an excellent time at Ewe View :)

Limefitt Park is an ideally located for exploring the Lake District and Ewe Lodge was superb accommodation, with everything we needed for a peaceful 4 night stay.
