Stylish loft in the middle of Berlin

Experience Berlin in the newly converted loft. Cotton and wire were produced here around 1900 and car parts were stored here until 3 years ago. Now it has been completely converted into a stylish 40 sqm one room loft. A dining room with small kitchen, living area (sofa bed) and a small bedroom. Quiet in the green but still in the middle of the city. From the main station 10 min by bus. To Friedrichstraße 5 min, Brandenburg Gate 12 min by underground. Ideal for exploring the city. The sofa in the living area can be pulled out and offers two additional sleeping possibilities. (On request). From the main station 10 min by bus. Directly in front of the door is the U6 , which takes you to Friedrichstrasse in 6 minutes. A 20 min walk and you will experience the history of the separation of Berlin at Bernauer Strasse. 50 min walk to the Museum Island (or in 20 min by train ;) ). Important. There is one bedroom with one bed. For additional guests, the couch can be pulled out and thus two more people can sleep. As it is a loft / studio there are no doors between the different areas (except for the bathroom of course).
