Appliances include an electric two-ring hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and hot chocolate maker, and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking and a garden with a gravelled area and furniture, as well as access to a private on-site lake with fishing (please bring your own fishing equipment). Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property.
