Upon entering, you access a long corridor that leads to the sleeping area, consisting of a large master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, separated by an elegant brick arch and a blackout curtain ensuring maximum privacy. A large balcony overlooking the lively Via Santa Maria connects the two bedrooms, flooding them with natural light. This area is completed by a large, comfortable bathroom, equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, and beds with high-quality toppers for superior comfort. The living area is located on the right side of the apartment and includes a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer, ideal for long stays. A comfortable walk-in closet offers plenty of space to organise personal items. The modern and fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, dishwasher, coffee corner, and a breakfast table. The true highlight of the apartment is the large, windowed living room with a breathtaking view of the lake and the marina, furnished with a sofa that can also turn into a French bed if needed, a smart TV, a rustic fireplace, and a table for panoramic lunches and dinners. The terrace expands the living area, offering a perfect space to enjoy the lake breeze. All rooms are air-conditioned, and ultra-fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Reserved parking spaces in the affiliated garage can be booked. A dedicated concierge will be available to answer any questions about the apartment and the area, assisting you throughout your stay and ensuring that all your needs are met. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a €50 supplement for arrivals after that. This apartment is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
