Cosy house in the historic centre with a view over the rooftops
Casa di Lucy is a small house in the historic centre of Foligno with a view over the rooftops, in a strategic position for visiting the city and the entire region. Just a few steps from the train station and the barracks, it is also easily accessible by car. Nearby there are car parks and all useful services for a comfortable stay. In addition, not far away, there are restaurants and clubs to suit all tastes.
It consists of a living room, a large bedroom, a hallway and a bathroom. Excellent for remote work as it is equipped with a high-speed connection and a desk in the bedroom for working in peace.
In the living area there is a full kitchen, a table for 6, a sofa bed and a 32" Smart TV on which you can access any streaming platform.
In the bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed that can be opened up to become a second double bed if required. There is also a wardrobe and a desk ideal for working, a container with some toys for the little ones and a portable fan.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle and a washing machine for guests' use.
At the entrance there is a small patio to enjoy the view over the rooftops of the old town while enjoying a glass of wine.
On request, there is also a small closed compartment available for guests to store bulky objects such as buggies and suitcases.
