The beauty of Southern Utah is all around you when you book this completely renovated 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom home in La Verkin. This home is central to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Kolob Canyon, and Grand Canyon National Park, as well as many state parks, lakes, recreation areas, and attractions.

This home is a modest 1,200 square feet, but it has everything you need at home-away-from-home including coffee, waffles, soft linens and towels, shampoo, hairdryer, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. All the furniture is brand new and the mattresses are comfy. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and a pack & play. With a queen-size bed in the second bedroom and a “twin-over-full” bunk in the third, there is plenty of room for the entire family. Also, with a 2 car garage, you’ll have a place to park your toys (side of home).

The backyard is completely fenced and has a patio with a propane barbeque grill is ready to go! You can also enjoy a propane fire pit along with a children's play area! (See photos!)

This property was very clean, had super comfy towels, and was a great value. The spice selection and chocolates were a bonus. Plenty of room and a great fire pit. Perfect location to visit Zion.

Great location!! Great communication!! Everything was fully stocked. Spices and all the things we needed for cooking! No issues with the barking dog. He hardly barked. Not sure what all the complaints were about. FYI dogs bark hahah! Beds were nice and cozy. We loved the nice big couch. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks!!and we loved that big couch. Awesome Property right outside Zion and central to the North Rim, Bryce Canyon & other attractions
Very clean and comfortable property with tons of benefits for our vacation to Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon. It was great to have a very Central location to come back to after a long day of hiking with our family. The property owner provided many unexpected amenities and the back yard was a wonderfully place to wind down our days in. Great place to stay!

We traveled there to ride our motorcycle through the National Parks. This house is very close to Zion National Park. It had ample parking for our truck, motorcycle and trailer. The house was clean, had nice plush towels, good appliances and the kitchen was well stocked.

Very happy with our stay as we explored Zion National Park and Snow Canyon State Park! Property owner was very fast with communication. Home had everything we needed... and more (bathroom supplies, kitchen fully stocked, TV subscriptions, play area, fire pit, etc). Would absolutely rebook here.

Great House for a Family
We enjoyed this house very much - the layout was great for us and the kids. The back yard was wonderful for the kids to play. Loved how close we were to both entrances of Zion! Spent most of the days hiking and it was great to come back to a home base.

This house was great for our little family during our trip to Zion. We really appreciated all the extra conveniences (high chair, bibs, baby plates). The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could possibly need, including to-go cups for coffee. Our son (2) was so excited for the play structure in the backyard!

Great location with all the essentials!
Great location for exploring Zion, Red Cliffs Desert Reserve, and local state parks. Quiet neighborhood only blocks from a grocery store and a great coffee shop. It was awesome to have a fully functioning kitchen and some essential food items. Waffles were a great treat. Host was quick to respond with questions.

Great place. Close to Zion/Bryce and some good golf course in St. George. The place is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. We made use of the BBQ a couple of nights. Grocery store right around the corner. Stage Coach grille restaurant is good but make reservations, The dog next door was quiet at night during our stay,

A good space for a family
We enjoyed our stay in La Verkin. The house was very nice for our large family-plenty of room for our kiddos to spread out, a nice yard for them to play in, a comfy couch for us to relax at the end of the day. Communication with the owner was great as well. Nice neighborhood, easy to get to things. We spent most of our time at Zion, which was an easy drive from the house.

Great house!
The house was great! Everything was stocked up. The dog that everyone complains about was not bad at all. But then again i have dogs so the barking doesn’t bother me. We all slept peacefully. I recommend this house to anyone wanting to go to Zion, great location!

We had a great week here in March 2023. It's about a 20 minute drive to the main entrance of Zion. House is exactly as listed and the owners were great. They have all the amenities you need: coffee, tea, cooking supplies, laundry soap, fast internet, shampoo/conditioner, etc. We didn't need a thing from them, but they were responsive when we messaged them for check in and check out.

GREAT house/hosts
The house was perfect- they thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen was stocked, the washer/dryer helped a ton, the AC was lovely! The property was so clean and the simple touches to make it a home away from home did not go unnoticed. The only downfall was the darn dogs next door barking all night, and honestly, the hosts have tried everything they could to even mitigate that! Bring your “rain-sounds” app and ear plugs and you are set up for a fabulous stay to the best National Parks, great restaurants, and stunning scenery!
