The beneficial location is just 5 Km away from Elounda and 6 Km from Agios Nikolaos allowing you to easily explore the two wonderful nearby towns.
Ground Floor
Majestic View Villa I is a 110m2 property that spreads in 3 levels and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms. The open plan area of this living space is designed for comfort and relaxation. The living room is spacious and offers stunning views of the surrounding area. It is furnished with comfortable seating, and there is a smart TV for entertainment. The living room opens up to a beautiful pool terrace where guests can enjoy the sun and fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and features a dining area for 6 where guests can enjoy meals together. The ground floor bedroom is cozy and features a comfortable 1,60 x 2,00 bed, A/C and a closet for storage and it also opens up to the pool terrace, providing easy access to the outdoors. The bathroom is modern and has a shower cabin for convenience. Outside the bathroom, there is a washing machine enclosed in a cabinet, making it easy to do laundry during your stay.
First Floor
The spacious and elegantly decorated bedroom features a comfortable 1,60 x 2,00 bed with canopy, allowing you to fully unwind and rest after a long day of exploring. The room also includes a closet for your personal belongings, as well as air conditioning, ensuring you are always comfortable throughout your stay. One of the most impressive features of this suite is the spacious private balcony, which provides breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the stunning natural beauty of the region, or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening as the sun sets over the horizon. The balcony is the perfect place to relax and soak up the peaceful ambiance of the area. Additionally, the en-suite bathroom includes a sink and a toilet.
Lower floor
The autonomous studio on the lower floor, is independent and has its own private entrance, featuring two single beds (0.80 X 2,00) that can be joined together to form a king bed (1,60 X 2,00), providing maximum flexibility to suit your needs. The studio also includes a small kitchenette, closet and air conditioning. The en-suite bathroom is designed to offer you the ultimate convenience and privacy during your stay. It includes a shower cabin, a sink and a toilet, and is stocked with fresh towels and quality toiletries, ensuring you have everything you need to freshen up in style.

Outdoor area
The exterior of Majestic View Villa I offers many facilities that allow you enjoy the serenity and tranquility of the surroundings while lounging in comfort. More specifically:
- Enjoy a refreshing experience with our private 20 sq.m. swimming pool, offering ladder access and a depth of 1.5m. The pool area is equipped with 4 comfortable sun beds, an umbrella and an outdoor shower, perfect for taking a break from the sun. For your comfort, the pool can also be heated upon request for an additional daily charge for the entire duration of your stay.
- A gas BBQ. Entertain your guests in style with our spacious outdoor dining area, complete with seating for up to 8 guests under a large umbrella. Dine in the open air while enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
- Relax in the outdoor sitting area, furnished with 4 chairs and a coffee table, all under the shade of a beautifully designed pergola.
- Parking is never a concern, as we offer a dedicated parking space for 1 car just outside the villa. For larger parties, additional parking is available at the entrance of the complex.
- Rest assured that your safety and privacy are our top priorities. The entire complex is fully fenced and gated, offering maximum security and privacy to all of our guests.

LOCATION
Regarding the location, I would like to let you know that the villa is located in Ellinika area, 5 Km away from cosmopolitan Elounda and 6 Km from the vibrant town of Agios Nikolaos, both offering a big variety of bars, cafes and restaurants for all hours of the day.
