On top of this, you will be located next to Centro Plaza, a prime location in Marbella, just a few hundred meters of walk down to the famous Puerto Banús harbor.

The villa:
Villa Macarena is an exceptional newly built luxury villa within walking distance to Puerto Banus harbor, set on a private large plot of 2199m2 with 798m2 build.Villa Macarena boasts a wide entrance area, leading to a large and bright living room, with a fireplace, spacious dining area and fully fitted luxury kitchen with Gaggenau appliances and a DEKTON worktop.

The kitchen offers a double fridge, double dishwasher, wine fridge and double freezer. One has access to the large, covered terrace, the outdoor kitchen, the garden and the pool from every angle of this side of the house. In the east wing of the house, an isle leads to the 5 large bedrooms, all with en-suite. The master bedroom is a masterpiece in itself, with a fireplace, very large bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. From the master bedroom, one has direct access to the outdoor jacuzzi.

From the 5th bedroom, one has direct access to the outdoor gym, which is set very privately only a few steps from the main terrace and pool. The open terrace has a large outdoor dining area with a built-in outdoor kitchen including a Beef Eater BBQ and wine fridge. This area enjoys sun all morning and afternoon. Around the 6x10 pool with heating pre-installed, and in-built jacuzzi, one has plenty of space to enjoy the wonderful sunny and tropical days.

Next to the pool is a large chill-out lounge with a fireplace. Between the wings of the villa, there is a very charming patio with water feature, with a touch of Feng-Shui and Spanish style, accompanied by an old Olive tree, an ideal space to unwind from the daily tasks.

Also on this level, a large guest toilet, storage room and an elevator that leads to the lower level. The lower level consists of a wine cellar with INTARCON cooling system installed, a heated indoor pool with chill-out area, sauna, cinema room, with 80” Samsung flat-screen TV and surround sound, guest toilet and a bar, from where you can look into the garage. The 6th bedroom is an independent studio, ideal for staff or a nanny.

There is also parking spaces for up to 8 cars within the property premises and garage for one car.

We do also include a housekeeper that will clean the villa 3 times a week and change the bed sheets one time a week. If you do have any desires for extra services like a private chef, groceries shopping etc, please let us know and we will help you with all possible wishes in order to make your stay as good as possible.



The neighborhood



The villa is located next to Centro Plaza which is the ideal area in Nueva Andalucía for those who wish to be based in a calm area, just a few minutes of walk away from the beaches, nightlife and amenities of the area, and it's also an excellent base to explore the whole of Costa del Sol. While staying in a prime location like this, you are in no need of a car since you are surrounded by everything you could wish for. Centro Plaza offers great viewpoints of the mountain and the sea as well as plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The town was developed for entertainment and there are more restaurants and bars than anything else here. Nueva Andalucía is also famously known for its wide range of top golf valleys. The area is also lined up with Spanish seafood restaurants, American hamburger joints, Italian eateries and food from all over the world basically.

Puerto Banús, located just a few hundred meters away from the villa, is known as an exclusive sailing and leisure port which is a benchmark in Europe. Just inland from the famous marina, you will find the most exclusive beach clubs, eateries and designer shopping. Puerto Banús offers an amazing wealth of facilities and attractions; including beautiful beaches on either side of the port, a myriad of restaurants and bars, water sports, golf, a casino, cinema and a amazing selection of upmarket and expensive fashion boutiques; there is also an El Corte Ingles department store here, the largest department store chain in Spain.

If you really want to get a birds eye view of the port and its magnificent setting, then you can take a boat trip around the local coastline, which you can catch the central promenade area.

Puerto Banús and Nueva Andalucía offer a full range of sporting facilities that are accessible whatever the season. If you prefer water sports, Puerto Banús beaches have them all!
Other Things to Note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.

• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.

• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.

• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.

• Check in is possible between 3.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).

• Check-out is at latest 11AM.

• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
