Umgebung ok, Einrichtung miserabel

Der Blick vom Balkon ist nett und zu Fuss ist man in 7 min. am Strand. Aber die Einrichtung und die Betreuung ist miserabel. Billige Ikea Möbel, die z.T. auseinander fallen. Ursprünglich alles weiss, jetzt mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren. Keine Klimaanlage. Viele Ameisen. Wohnungstüre und Balkontüre sehr tückisch, Gefahr sich selber auszuschliessen ist gross. Die Verwaltung gibt sich Mühe, aber wirkt überfordert. Wir mussten den Müll über eine Woche vor der Türe deponieren, bis sie uns mitteilen konnten wie er zu entsorgen ist. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt definitiv nicht.
