Holiday home, located in the quietest area of Torre del Lago, 2 km from the sea, close to the supermarket and various shops.

The latter consists of: veranda with garden, double bedroom, single bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The house has all the comforts: barbecue, wi-fi washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, air conditioning and veranda with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

In addition, on request and free of charge, it is possible to have a camping cot, a high chair and a chair reducer for younger guests.

I'm sorry but pets are not allowed.

Cleaning costs will be charged in € 50.00

Utilities (water, electricity and gas) will be charged at € 80.00 per week

Kurzurlaub im Herbst
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist super: zum öffentlichen Strand nur wenige Kilometer, die Hauptstraße mit Läden, Bars, Restaurants, etc. kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Barbara, die Vermieterin, ist eine überaus sympathische Frau, stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Wunderbare großzügige Wohnung mit Klimaanlagen und einer großen Terrasse zum verweilen. Die Übergabe bei Ankunft und Abreise mit Barbara hat super geklappt. Wir können die Wohnung vollstens weiterempfehlen.

Nice Place to stay
The House was good( Toscana style House). The house is not so far from the beach and is located a few minutes from Pisa and 1 hour from Firenze and Lucca.

Très bon séjour à Viarregio
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Viarregio, maison impeccable : très propre, linges fournis, toutes les équipements à disposition, la maison est agréable et dans un quartier calme. Une plage plus sauvage est accessible en vélo en 15mn par une route en pleine nature. De belles visites à faire : Pise, Florence, Lucca, Pietransanta... Barbara est une hôte très sympathique, aux petits soins et toujours disponible. Merci !

Alles sehr gut, Barbara ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei jeder Frage sehr schnelle Antwort erhalten. Haus war sauber, große Zimmer, sehr schöne Terrasse. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden, was wir aber nicht genutzt haben, weil es im Haus angenehm kühl war. In der Dusche wäre stärkerer Wasserdruck wünschenswert, dies soll aber keine negative Kritik sein. Parkplätze sind nicht direkt am Haus, aber in der Nebenstraße befinden sich kostenlose Parkplätze. Weiter zu empfehlen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in einem wundervollen Ort
Wirklich sehr schöne und geräumige Wohnung, mit einer wunderbar großen Terrasse, auf der man frühstücken kann und den Abend genießt. Küche ist mit allem bestückt, was man zum Kochen braucht. Betten sind geräumig und sehr bequem. Barbara ist eine vollendete Gastgeberin, die sich bei Problemen eine schnelle Lösung herbeigeführt hat. Lucca und Pisa sind sehr schnell und bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen und wir haben immer einen Parkplatz gefunden, wo wir keine Gebühren zahlen mussten. Der in der Nähe befindliche Strand ist breit und lang, bietet viel Platz. Auch der Ort ist schön und bietet alles, was man braucht. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden, würden die Wohnung in jeden Fall empfehlen und würden gerne eines Tages wiederkommen.

sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir haben den Urlaub für die Kombination Kultur und Strand genutzt. Hierfür war die Lage sehr gut, da sowohl Lucca, Chinque Terre, Florenz und Pisa gut zu erreichen sind. Der Strand war gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und Dank der Nachsaison haben wir immer einen Parkplatz bekommen. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, absolut sauber und in der Küche lässt sich sehr gut kochen, da alles vorhanden ist. Wir waren zu zweit, aber es wäre mit 2 Kindern auch sehr gut möglich gewesen. Deutsches Fernsehen gab es nicht, war aber nicht schlimm, da es ein SmartTV gibt und wir "Streamingdienste" nutzen konnten. Barbara ist eine sehr gute Vermieterin, die stets gut zu erreichen war (WhatsApp oder Mail) und dank google Übersetzer gab es schriftlich auch kein Verständigungsproblem. Gerne wieder Renate und Alex

Erholung pur
Die Ferienwohnung liegt nicht nur total schön am Rande des kleinen Städtchens Torre del Lago, sondern beinhaltet sehr viele Extras, die einen Urlaub zur Erholung pur machen. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist auch bei sommerlichen Temperaturen schön kühl. Zwei Klimaanlagen (Schlafzimmer und Küche) sorgen zusätzlich für Erfrischung. Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Smart TV und weichem Sofa lädt zu einem entspannten Abend ein, genauso wie die große Terasse mit Garten. Letzteres haben wir total geliebt, weil man schön für sich war und trotzdem viel Platz hatte - u.a. mit Wäscheleinen, um die Badesachen etc. auszuhängen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet - sogar mit Spülmaschine - ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefriere und die schöne Küchenzeile laden zu ausgiebigem Kochen ein. Ein großer Pluspunkt waren für uns die zwei alten Fahrräder, die wir kostenlos täglich nutzen konnten. Es reichte uns völlig aus, damit einzukaufen und zum Strand zu fahren. Einen Fahrradkorb haben wir selbst mitgebracht. Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit richtig genossen und konnten voll abschalten. Die Wohnung ist so liebevoll eingerichtet und auch die Vermieterin war total nett und zuvorkommend! Jederzeit wieder!
