Ref 290: Townhouse with roof terrace ,pool sea view,& easy walk to the beach.

Three-storey townhouse in Torreblanca with roof terrace and balcony with seaviews, communal pool only 400 meter to the beach - perfect for families!
The house was built in 2002 and is well maintained. The exterior was painted in 2022 and the interior in 2023. The colour scheme is white and beige which gives this house a modern feel. All floors are white/grey marble except for kitchen and bathroom where you have cream coloured tiles.
On the ground floor you find the kitchen with all amenities (hood, oven, microwave, combined refrigerator freezer and dishwasher), a bathroom with shower, living room with two sofas and a dining table seating 6 people. There are also two armchairs for relaxing reading. From the living room you access a patio with complete privacy, equipped with dining table in teak seating four people and an outdoor shower.
On the second floor you find the three bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and access to a small balcony with seaviews and facing the garden. The room is large enough to fit a baby cot (not included).
The second bedroom is also facing the garden. This bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has the same design as the second and with the same furniture. This bedroom faces the street and you can hear the trains (electrical) passing by if you are a light sleeper. However, the trains only run until midnight. All bedrooms have both air conditioning and ceiling fans. On the second floor there is also a bathroom with bathtub and bidet. We provide all bed linen and towels.
On the third floor, in the stairwell, you find the washing machine, ironing board and iron. From here you also access the big roof terrace with the same size as the other floors. The terrace has a small breakfast table and two chairs in teak. The lounge area offers a large sofa seating seven people, two armchairs and a matching dining table. There is also a large parasol that is adjustable and can provide shade on either side of the terrace.
In the house you will also find chairs for the beach, parasols, floating mattresses, snorkels, footballs, etc - all you need for a fun day at the beach! Free Wi-Fi.
The house is located on a 5 minute walk from Torreblanca train station. Here you can easy take the train to the airport and to Malaga city and Fuengirola city center is two stops away. The community is closed with security gates, and there is a communal pool. Private parking in the underground garage. The beach and the lovely promenade are only 300 metres away, where you can enjoy not only sunbathing and swimming but also walks, bike rides and meals on one of the many outdoor terraces all year round thanks to the privileged climate.
