La Kalma is cool, classy, and just perfect for guests who want a little luxury in their holiday home. Set within the grounds of the Altamar IV complex, with its pretty central pools and tropical garden, this three-bed, two-bathroom apartment is on the ground floor but benefits from an elevated position that provides privacy and views towards the garden and its landscape of palm trees.

Inside the rooms are cool, spacious, and beautifully decorated. At the heart, the elegant lounge diner is straight out of an Elle Magazine shoot. From the relaxing green sofa area, double sliding doors lead out onto a fabulous wrap-around terrace. This is the ideal space to dine alfresco under the shade of the roll-out awning, to read a book on one of the comfy outdoor sofas, or sip cocktails under the nights sky….sounds Heavenly, doesn’t it? Ducted air conditioning and ceiling mounted fans in the lounge are an essential for those balmy Summer nights. Oh, did we mention the handy underground parking space with easy lift access to the apartment block, another incentive to choose La Kalma?!

JH Tip: La Kalma is located in the same complex as Altamar Cielo, and super close to El Colibrí. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.
