Located in the charming town of Wadebridge, North Cornwall, 1 Marine Terrace is a delightful two-bedroom end-of-terrace townhouse with an ideal central location. The town boasts a variety of independent shops, as well as numerous cafes and eateries. A farm shop can be found at St Kew, just a few miles away, while supermarkets are available on the outskirts of the town. Wadebridge is situated on the Camel Trail, a scenic route that links Padstow along the Camel Estuary and Bodmin via the countryside. Popular beaches such as Daymer Bay and Polzeath can be reached within fifteen minutes by car, while the picturesque harbour town of Padstow is just eight miles away. The property offers off-street parking for two cars, with an additional space reserved for the owner. The ground floor comprises a comfortable sitting room with sofas and a TV, and a large kitchen/diner equipped with a dining table and chairs, a fitted kitchen with built-in fridge and freezer, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, range cooker with a 5-ring gas hob, double oven and grill, and a breakfast island with three tall stools. A shower room with a step-up glazed corner shower, basin, WC, and heated towel rail is located off the kitchen. A carpeted staircase with fifteen steps leads to the first floor landing, off which are a double bedroom with a king-size bed, storage, TV, and window overlooking the front, a second twin bedroom with 3ft beds, storage, TV, and window overlooking the front, and a small dressing room with a dressing table, chair, and mirror, with a window overlooking the rear garden and space for a travel cot. The family bathroom features a bath and shower over, WC, basin, and heated towel rail. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a patio, small lawn, and table and chairs, with the added benefit of rear access to Trevanson street, providing a short stroll into the town center of Wadebridge.
