The property is within a 5/10 minute walk to both Warwick Racecourse and Warwick Castle.
If your looking at visiting local areas then we highly recommend both Stratford Upon Avon (Shakespeares Birth Place) and Royal Leamington Spa which both sit within a 15 minute drive.
- The sofa bed/single futon situated on the top floor is only really suitable for a child/teen -
➞ Additional documentation will be required i.e proof of ID, address and Terms and Conditions.
➞ A pre-authorised security damage deposit will be collected by the host prior to your stay, outside of the VRBO platform.
